“ The outside looks like an old gas station and, in order to get there you have to drive through a few other parking lots. Don't let that deter you. This place is worth the effort. Spicy Miso Ramen was not as spicy as I had hoped, but it was still good and filling. Next time I order it, I am going to ask for "extra spicy". Crab Rangoon was also delicious but would benefit from a little more "puff". I would eat here again for sure. There's a lot to choose from. ”

“ First, if you are reading this review, know that the answer is "actually yes, you really should eat here." With so many positive reviews I worried it was a joke, but the place is real and remarkably good for a roadside diner in Effingham. Had noodle bowls and they were fresh and delicious. Didn't try the seafood, well, because I'm from New Orleans, but will eat here again on the way back. The owners were very kind and the wait for food was just long enough to know they made it fresh. I hope these folks do very well. Note: it's true, the parking and "curb appeal" makes you wonder, but they are working hard to make the place work well. Try it! ”
